For any requested items we must pick up, we charge a flat fee of $7.50.
Any cancelled orders already delivered are subject to our no-refund policy. If you have placed your order and items have been purchased, the customer is subject to a restocking fee at 25% of the value. If you cancel prior to us creating your basket, you will receive a full refund.
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, the customer must call with 24 hours of receipt of items for a replacement. We will replace the damaged items by shipping. If the full basket is damaged by the shipper, please contact the local post office for a shipping claim.
We will not refund any opened baskets.
Shipping and Handling Charges
All shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable and nonnegotiable. Any baskets returned to us for an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund. We will be happy to reship the basket at the cost of the sender.
