Return Policy


Please note that we make changes to our inventory based on seasons, product availability, and the discovery of new and unique items. As a result, substitutions may be made in the gift basket you order. Rest assured that any items we replace are matched with products of equal or greater value and quality.


Damaged Items

Applegate's Gift Baskets make every effort to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition. However, if your gift arrives damaged, we make a mistake with your order, or the product is defective, we will be happy to replace it. You must report damages or mistakes to us within one day of receipt of the gift. Please ask your recipient to keep all damaged merchandise and packaging as it will need to be returned to us.

General Policies

We will not refund any opened gift baskets. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Any baskets returned to us because our carrier was unable to deliver them for any reason are nonrefundable. However, we are happy to ship them again for additional shipping costs.

We are allowed to include alcohol in our baskets and deliver them to recipients at least 18 years old per the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission.

There is a $5 pickup fee for any items that we pick up (liquor, fruit, gift cards, books, etc.) We do not have the exact weight of the basket. The shipping cost is determined once the item is packaged.

For orders placed online, no refunds are available. Credits to your account can be added.

Orders placed on Friday afternoon will be delivered on Monday.
